Please note that as of this time, ErgoStyles does not ship to military APO/FPO or P.O. Boxes addresses. You must provide our site with a physical address upon checkout.
Shipments to Guam, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Virgin Islands and International Addresses
For shipments that are headed to Guam, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Virgin Islands and international destinations, additional shipping charges will apply. For international orders, the buyer will shoulder any of the applicable duties as well as taxes to a broker, or to a government agency.
Free Freight Truck Delivery Shipping
When you order items that are either oversized or considered too large for shipment via regular Fedex or UPS Ground services, ErgoStyles offers Free Freight Truck Delivery. This offer applies to most areas that are found within the lower 48 States of the US. If the delivery address for these items is within an area that is restricted, or found outside any of the lower 48 states, please note, that additional shipping charges can and will apply.

Items that are shipped freight, LTL carriers will be delivered to curbside or driveway only. Buyers will be responsible for removing these items off the back of the truck and carried to their home.
Deliveries by truck are made from Monday through Friday, between 8am and 4pm. One of our delivery agents will call you to schedule the delivery of your item. Someone who can be considered a responsible party, preferably an individual over 18 years of age, should be around to receive your delivery and to sign for the shipment.
While rural delivery is already available, please note that we can only deliver to properties that have a physical address.
In order to ensure that buying from us is kept simple, shipping as well as handling within the contiguous U.S. (whether via UPS ground or L.T.L. carrier) is free of charge on orders. Please be informed however that should you choose to have your items taken off the truck and/or to your door, you elect to pay the additional charges for this.
For those who require faster delivery, overnight or second day delivery can be arranged. For international orders, please note that you should allow additional days for delivery. You should also be aware that many of our products on the site are ready to ship to you within two days of your order, while a few other items have to be manufactured when the order is placed. Most of our products are shipped UPS or FedEx. Items that are shipped freight (L.T.L. carrier) are to be delivered to buyer’s curbside or driveway only; for any of your additional delivery requirements, please feel free to get in touch with us at email@example.com.
Shipping Time and Schedule
Since our products are very unique, these must be carefully packaged before shipping.
The processing & packaging of orders often takes between 1 and 7 business days.
Allow between 1 and 7 business days within the US states for delivery time, and between 2 and 4 weeks for international delivery.
ErgoStyles will sometimes ship items via FedEx, UPS, or another similar carrier. Please note that since each carrier has areas where one service is better than another, and as such, we often try to choose the best carrier for certain areas to help get your order delivered to you in a timely manner. For those instances where we use another carrier other than what is the norm, the shipping charges for your item will still be exactly as was calculated upon checkout.
Customers are responsible for giving us a full valid address, which should include apartment and unit numbers, where applicable, for delivery. Customers will also be responsible for ordering mail forwarding should they move while waiting for delivery, and for placing a vacation hold, if they believe that they will not be at home when a package scheduled for delivery is due to arrive. Customers are also entirely responsible for making sure that the package is received, and ErgoStyles will not be responsible for any and all returned orders, due in part to customer negligence.
ErgoStyles reserves the right to bill customers for shipping charges on refused shipments. We also reserve the right to bill customers for giving us incorrect delivery addresses, typographical errors caused by customers when an order was placed, and when requests are made to forward shipments to an address other than the original shipping address. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Of course, rest assured that we will accommodate your requirements, and handle things for you, should your package get rejected, or sent back.
